How long we keep information

We will store information for a duration of six months. If you choose to sign a contract to utilise our services we will store your information for the duration of the contract, plus for six months after completion. 

After this duration, your information will be removed from our storage unless other permission is given for valid reason.

  • Pupil Referral Units (PRU’s) or Education Otherwise at School Centres (EOTAS)
  • Specialist teachers such as peripatetic workers or speech and language therapists
  • School governing bodies (such as Board of governors or Parent/teacher associations (PTA))
  • Insurance companies, brokers or other intermediaries
  • Organisations we need to share information with for safeguarding reasons
  • Relevant regulatory authorities
  • Organisations we’re legally obliged to share personal information with

How to complain
